Traditional management styles provide a rigid structure of controlling and tasking employees. Often the additional value that can be added to any task by the employee is missed and the quality of the outcome is largely determined by the manager, rather than the employee.

You will be more able to engage effectively, communicate clearly and support people in achieving much more, whilst honouring the values of management that are important to you.
This is a highly experiential programme involving theory, practice and demonstration. It is a course that should be approached with an open mind and a willingness to try powerful techniques in order to understand the true ability of others.

How you will learn

The training is rich in theory, practical and experiential. You will receive 14 hours of ICF coach specific training where you will be trained in developing your coaching skills as a manager.
You will be taught through a live coaching demonstration how to coach your team members in the workplace.
Real Play Coaching Practise
Practise the art of coaching in a safe and supportive environment.
You will be introduced to a wide range of tools and techniques that you can integrate into your practice.
