Types of data we collect
There are two types of information we collect; information that can personally identify you and information that cannot personally identify you.
Information that can personally identify you includes your name, email address, phone number, address and/or city of residence and country of residence. This information is collected when you enter an email address to subscribe to our newsletter, or when you download a course prospectus through the website. We also retain the information of individuals who contact us directly through email addresses provided on the website. Correspondence records (for example, email logs) are kept for prospective clients, current students and graduates who contact us via phone or email.
Information that can’t be used to identify you includes your IP address and website cookies. We will refer to cookies in other sections of this policy, but more detailed information on cookies is available from our website here: https://fullcircleglobal.com/cookie-policy
Why we collect information
We collect personally identifiable information so that we can get in touch with you regarding our products and services, and to keep you up to date with news and course information from FCD.
If you have provided your contact information through the website, we will request your consent to (a) keep this information and (b) contact you using this information. If you do not provide consent, we will not keep your information or attempt to contact you in any way.
If you have provided information to us over the phone or email as part of your interest in enrolling in a course, we require this data in order to provide course information, and to enrol you in courses if you are so interested. We retain student information in order to provide learning materials, course details and other pertinent information. If you choose to withhold or withdraw your information from us, we will not be able to provide you with these services.
As an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited course provider, we are required to maintain contact information for course graduates. We also retain this information to provide graduates with information on alumni events, offers, news from FCD and other marketing materials.
Non-personally identifiable information is collected for the purposes of analysing website usage and for online advertising purposes (see “where we keep this information”, below, for more information).
Where we keep this information
FCG is both the processor and controller of your data. Provided you have provided consent for us to retain your personally identifiable data, we share this information only with third parties who provide data processing services to us, such as SalesForce, which we use to maintain prospect and client records, and with MailChimp, which we use to send newsletters and information. This information is stored on secure servers external to FCG. MailChimp servers are located in the USA, while our SalesForce data is kept on servers in Germany and France.
How long we keep data for
As an ICF accredited course provider, we are required to maintain contact information for course graduates for 24 months for ICF auditing purposes.
Data on individuals who do not enrol in a course within 24 months of providing personal information is deleted.
How to access and control your data
You have the right to:
- know what personally identifying information is kept about you by FCG
- correct any incorrect information
- change the way in which your data is processed by FCG
- update any email or phone contact preferences
- have your data erased completely from FCG’s data processing software
