About the programme
A comprehensive nine-month programme that provides an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the key elements of the coaching profession. Level 1 - ICF Accredited Programme.
Given the increasing complexity and challenging nature of many of today’s coaching issues it is important for professional coaches to have a place to reflect, explore and develop themselves further.
Knowledge and skill development are both key aspects of training to be an even better coach. A highly evolved understanding of professional practice issues are crucial along with working to a clear code of ethics and strong and developed competency awareness.
As coaching evolves its important that professional coaches invest in developing themselves further. Unlocking more of their coaching potential will provide a stronger framework to work within that will only enhance a clients learning and coaching journey.

How you will learn
Taking a blended approach to your development as a coach.
Training
The training is rich in theory, practical and experiential. You will receive 64 hours of ICF coach specific training where you will be trained in the art of professional & transformational coaching.
ICF Competency Learning Forums
Developing a deep understanding of the ICF core competencies at PCC Level and above are essential to your learning. You will learn how to demonstrate all of the ICF competencies to a very high standard when coaching.
Observed Coaching
Receiving both written and verbal feedback by your personal ICF credentialed coach mentor will help you develop your coaching style and advance your competence.
Group & Individual Mentoring
Group and individual mentoring will be provided. You will be allocated a team of mentors to support your development and growth as a coach.
