How you will learn

Training
The training is rich in theory, practical and experiential. Training is delivered in small virtual groups with guided support from the lead trainer. The programme will introduce you to the key elements of starting and running a coaching business. The programme integrates group learning, individual exercises and learning forums.
Learning
This programme is delivered in three days, split over three months to allow time for research and reflection.

There will be an online learning hub with resources to help you during the duration of the programme, including a comprehensive workbook. The workbook will lay the foundations for your business going forward.
