New! Free online Introduction to Wellness Coaching

What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching has grown rapidly due to the increasingly complex and demanding lives we lead. Wellness Coaching provides people with a tailored range of skills, techniques and approaches to improving their wellbeing and managing their mind.

What does the course cover?

Our Certificate in Coaching for Wellness provides 21 ICF accredited hours of coach specific training and will teach coaches:

  • The principles of wellness coaching
  • Energy management and self-care
  • The antidote to stress
  • Meditation and mindful practice
  • Limiting beliefs and overcoming obstacles to wellness
  • Resilience and letting go

As we move into increasingly unfamiliar times and people’s usual routines are disrupted, we need to consciously manage our minds and learn to feel well from the inside out.
