Learning how seemed to me like climbing a mountain on my own without a map and with limited equipment.
Nov 2019I have studied Electrical Engineering in Athens and Operational Research in Birmingham and since then I have been working in the Telecommunication sector in the Marketing and Customer Experience.
In the last 3 years, I had the opportunity to work as a mentor on a voluntary basis with young professionals to guide them and prepare themselves to enter the labor market. Also supported a group of high school students to set up a virtual business. These experiences made me realize that on the one hand I enjoy supporting people to grow and develop themselves and on the other that my contribution to their success is appreciated.
After working for 25 years in the multinational environment, I felt that a career change was imperative but only if it could be combined with learning new skills and fulfilling my wish to work with people and for the people. After doing my research, I realized that coaching is an area that can offer what I was searching for. I then was able to transform my feeling into a decision to become a coach.
Learning how seemed to me like climbing a mountain on my own without a map and with limited equipment. After meeting the people from Full Circle I found that they are able to support me in this adventure. During the first week of my studies with Ruchi and Naomi, I was happy to see that my initial idea was confirmed. But most importantly, it validated my assumption through my own experience that coaching unlocks people’s potential and brings real and sustainable value to the client. I am very excited to complete the CPCP and look forward to share with my prospect clients their success in their goals.
