My Experience With Full Circle Global - Lucy Grimwade

I had spent months trying to find the right coaching programme for me. I wanted a course that was rich in content but also a course that I could implement around my very busy life. I kept coming back to Full Circle so decided to have an introduction call with Gillian. From that moment, I knew Full Circle was right for me and by speaking to Gillian it just all clicked into place. There was a purpose. There was a reason. There was a plan.

I enrolled on the Coaching Diploma and started my Full Circle journey back in October 2020. I have had the opportunity to learn so much about coaching, ICF competencies and to put all my learnings into practice and coach people in my cohort. Real life practice which is so incredibly valuable. I have also worked with Gillian personally as well as her fantastic team.

As part of the diploma you can choose your specialist area. I enrolled on the Career Coaching course where I had the chance to be coached by Naomi which was a great experience. Naomi is a brilliant asset to the team and a superb coach. From the course I came away with additional knowledge and coaching methods which I now implement as part of my coaching business.

The course has also been an opportunity for me to network and I can truly say I will be coming away from the diploma with life-long friends.

I have also seen a huge transformation in myself. I am more confident; I speak more clearly and now lead a life with purpose and passion.

Gillian is a fantastic, calm, and authentic coach and teacher. I have enjoyed the course so much that I have recommended it to friends.
