We have followed our passion and listened deeply to our desires and we are thrilled to bring you OneLife Coach Training & Wellness Retreats.

Full Circle has been delivering globally accredited ICF coach training programmes for over 20 years.

Did you know we were the pioneers in transformational coaching and our founder Gillian McMichael developed the first Transformational Coaching Model in 2003? After coaching over 100 people for free to develop the foundation of our first ever coach training programme, which is now or signature coach training programme.

Gillian first delivered the Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice programme in 2004 after receiving over 100 enquiries from people to train as a professional coach.

Full Circle was then called New U Coaching, but over a seven-year period the CPCP programme became one of the most globally recognised programmes, being delivered in the UK, across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, India and the United States. As New U grew and rebranded in 2010 into Full Circle Global our coach training offering has evolved, as coaching has, and we are now the first ever coach training provider offering coach training retreats at our beautiful retreat villas in Mallorca.

We have spent the last 2 years trialling our offering and we've had great success. We believe our purpose is to create a learning experience like no other and with that in mind One Life Coach Training and Wellness Retreats have been born.

We will still be offering our Virtual training programmes, but if you are looking for something completely different, why don’t you come and train with our Founder Gillian McMichael ICF Master Certified Coach, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Teacher and Wellness expert. With over 20 years of coaching experience, she has coached over 10,000 people and trained over 8,000 students world-wide, plus with over a decade of wellness expertise, you won’t be disappointed.
