Sarah’s coaching experience spans a variety of sectors including Finance, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Tech, Third Sector and Education. Before joining Full Circle, Sarah worked as a Coach and Talent Manager for a FTSE100 company and as a Learning and Development Consultant in Oil & Gas. Having worked with a diverse range of leaders, middle managers and junior talent, she has the depth and breadth of understanding to facilitate personal and business growth. She has extensive experience designing and delivering talent and learning programmes from apprenticeship to leadership level.
She is known for her relaxed and direct style. She attends to the client’s agenda with a high level of intuition, experience and confidence. Previous clients have described Sarah as supportive, challenging, empathetic and direct. She can build rapport quickly, providing a relaxed and open environment. As well as working at individual levels, Sarah is a very competent and successful team coach. She has developed high performance teams, developed new teams and work to resolve conflict and performance barriers.
Her work as an internal change agent and consultant has been recognised with an Honorary Research Fellowship from the University of Aberdeen and has contributed to published work on the role of the Change Agent by the Aberdeen Business School. Sarah has been a guest lecturer in Change Management since 2012 and a Career Coach for students.
Sarah is passionate about volunteer work and is a charity trustee and volunteer Coach for young adults.
Sarah is a ICF credentialed coach at ACC level, a coach mentor for ACC credentialing, a member of the ICF, CIPD and Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from Aberdeen University with a MA in Management Studies and holds a Level 7 Advanced Award in Resourcing and Talent Management (CIPD).
