Kerry has an extensive experience of working with senior teams and leaders on improving organisational, team and personal effectiveness. She is passionate about the impact coaching has in enabling these individuals realise their potential and to engage fully within their own lives and organisations. She is fully accredited coach with the ICF and is a fully qualified Executive Coaching, (Diploma, ILM7).
Kerry began her career in the housing sector in 1993, where she progressed to the position of Depute CEO which she left in 2016. Kerry has supported managers in becoming effective people managers and has been heavily involved organisational change, business strategy, planning and development, governance, finance and corporate services. Her experience enables her to work with clients on leadership, interpersonal skills, managing conflict, strategic thinking, managing and enabling change.

Kerry is also a highly personable coach who is adept at helping her clients feel at ease to explore issues that are personal, professional or strategic.
